n this video we have a look at a detachable magazine conversion kit to fit the Remington 700 BDL rifle. This is a "drop in" kit distributed by Legacy Sports International, it is manufactured in the USA by Adaptive Technologies Inc. This particular kit is for the .223 Remington and is available with five or ten round magazines.

マガジンを囲う枠の部分とその前部は強度確保のために厚さ2mmのABS板で。
枠より後部は厚さ1.5mmのABS板でVSRトリガーガード両側に型板を接着固定し、間を金属パテで埋めて整形加工。
前後2ピース構造で造り、接着固定し一体化する。


VSRトリガーガードは予め前部をカットしておく。

ストック下面の加工
一体化したトリガーガードをストックに接着固定してしまう方法で。(トリガーガードの出来次第で脱着仕様に変更するかも)
マガジン挿入用の開口部はマガジン形状に合わせて開削。

★ストックはCA FN SPR A5M 用にするかも。

さっそく型紙を造って・・・　.223仕様のトリガーガード

マガジン後面の突起部はガードから下部はまっ平らに削り落とし。?
レシーバーの開口部前縁の垂線上にマガジン前面のラインが重なる位置でダミーマガジンを固定する。
ダミーマガジンは、ショート、セミ、ロングの3タイプ。

★ダミーマガジンの上部45mmはトリガーガードの枠下端からストック内に向かってセットされます。
画像のVSR用トリガーガードは前部をカットしていないのでマガジンを仮置きしている状態。

マガジンを囲う枠の製作・・・ダミーマガジンの脱着(抜き差し)を前提に。
